The versatile Demo Function Room is available for hire for whatever function you may choose to hold.
When hiring the room for a conference or seminar our staff will set the room to your specifications and the hire fee includes use of equipment including whiteboard, lectern microphone, TV, Video/DVD player, screen and CD player. Mints and water are also supplied in this fee. Use of a data projector is available but will incur a charge.

We will also set the room for your special occasion. Oblong and round tables are available and white tablecloths can be provided at a cost. White placemats and serviettes and setting up of the room are included in the cost of the hire.

We have buffet, plated and finger food menus but if you are looking for a themed meal, for example, an Indian or Asian night please do not hesitate to discuss this with our Function Staff.

Club policies and other relevant information are also included for your perusal. Management and staff at the Demo Club look forward to holding your function and trust that it will be a most enjoyable and memorable occasion.
