POSITION VACANT- SUPERVISOR
We are currently seeking dynamic individual/s to join our team as a Supervisor
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Opening/closing the Club
- Perform a high level of customer service
- Working closely with the management team
- Serving drinks, including tap beer
- Manage staff and staff training
- Accurate with cash handling
- Stock control / ordering
The right person to join our team will have the following skills and attributes
- A positive and vibrant attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Great teamwork skills
- Great communication skills
- Passionate about the hospitality service industry
- Motivated to meet the needs of the business
- Conflict resolution skills
- TAB experience preferred
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Have a good knowledge of WHS practices
- An ability to work weekends and varied shifts as per operational requirements
- Previous experience working in a restaurant environment is highly desirable
- Must have current RSA & RCG
Full availability is essential, night and weekends a MUST.
