DEMO CLUB’S SANTA’S STASHED UP SLEIGH DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS
Eligibility
Entry into the “DEMO CLUB’S SANTA’S STASHED UP SLEIGH DRAW” Promotion is open to all Barrier Social Democratic Club Ltd Members (referred to as ‘Members’) who are aged 18 years or older.
Employees and Directors are ineligible to enter.
Entry
The “DEMO CLUB’S SANTA’S STASHED UP SLEIGH DRAW” Promotion commences on 24/09/2018 at 8am and entries close on 23/12/2018 at 6pm (promotion period).
To enter, eligible entrants must spend $5 on food, beverages or non-Electronic Gaming Machine (EGM) entertainment (including but not limited to KENO, and Club Raffles) in one of our three businesses, Barrier Social Democratic Club, Thyme on Argent Café & Function Centre or The Blende Street Butchers. To qualify for each entry the Member must provide their valid Barrier Social Democratic Club Ltd Membership Card at the time of purchase. For food & beverage purchases the Member will receive an automatic entry into the “DEMO CLUB’S SANTA’S STASHED UP SLEIGH DRAW” promotion. For all other purchases the member will receive a manual ticket which needs to be completed and placed in the ticket barrel within the Barrier Social Democratic Club before 6pm on the 23/12/2018.
Eligible entrants may also receive automatic entries into the “DEMO CLUB’S SANTA’S STASHED UP SLEIGH DRAW” Promotion for each $10 in Electronic Gaming Machine (EGM) Turnover they accrue. To be eligible the Member must qualify to the above mentioned eligibility and also have their own valid Barrier Social Democratic Club Membership Card correctly inserted into the EGM during play. Entries received via EGM Turnover accrue at a rate equivalent to the ‘Additional Bonus Points on Gaming Turnover’ Benefit as detailed in the Demo Rewards Membership Scheme. Prizes and winning
The “Mega Monthly Members Draw” random prize draws will take place after the “Demo Club Raffle Rumble” but not before 7:30PM on Sunday 28/10/2018, Sunday 25/11/2018 & Sunday 23/12/2018 at the Barrier Social Democratic Club 218 Argent Street, Broken Hill NSW 2880.
“DEMO CLUB’S SANTA’S STASHED UP SLEIGH DRAW” – How it Works.
Weekly Draw will commence each week directly after the “Demo Club Friday Night Meat Raffle” but no sooner than 7:30pm. All valid entries received from 6pm Friday until 6pm the following Friday will be placed into our ticket barrel and our Promotions Official will draw 3 (three) tickets at random.
To claim your prize the member drawn must present themselves to the Promotions Official within 4 minutes of the announcement with a valid Membership Card and Photo ID.
The Membership must be Financial at the time of the draw and the Member must qualify as an eligible entrant as detailed above. If the Member meets these requirements they will win 1 Chance to pick a Santa Sleigh in the Pick-A-Sleigh Game. The Pick-A-Sleigh Game will feature 20 Santa Sleigh with prizes valued at 5 x $10 / 5 x $25 / 4 x $50 / 3 x $75 / 3 x $100 paid in Demo Club Rewards Vouchers. The WINNER picks a numbered Santa Sleigh not yet revealed and the prize money won is displayed on the in-house screens. The Winner can claim their prize immediately. Members drawn but not present in the club within the 4 minute window of time to claim, forfeit their win and a new ticket is drawn. This is repeated until all 3 (three) weekly winners are awarded.
Monthly Draw 1 Sunday 28/10/2018 will commence directly
after the “Demo Club Raffle Rumble” but no sooner than 7:30pm. All valid entries received from 8am 24/09/2018 and before 6pm 28/10/2018 will be placed into our ticket barrel and our Promotions Official will draw 5 WINNERS at random. To claim your prize the Member drawn must present themselves to the Promotions Official within 4 minutes of the announcement with a valid Membership Card and Photo ID. The Membership must be Financial at the time of the draw and the Member must qualify as an eligible entrant as detailed above. If the Member meets these requirements they then proceed to choose a numbered sleigh in the Pick-A-Sleigh Game. Members drawn but not present in the club within the 4 minute window of time to claim, forfeit their win and a new ticket is drawn. This is repeated until all 5 (five) WINNERS are awarded and have picked a Santa Sleigh. There are 20 Santa Sleigh with prizes valued at 5 x $1,000 / 10 x $500 / 5 x $250 paid in Australia Post Load & Go Visa Cards. The WINNER picks a numbered Santa Sleigh not yet revealed and the prize money won is displayed on the in-house screens. The Winner can claim their prize immediately. Once all 5 WINNERS are drawn and have made their choice all remaining monies from a maximum $5,000 monthly prize pool will Jackpot to the Final Draw to be held on Sunday 23/12/2018. In the event that a member is drawn more than once during this draw they have the right to claim 1 prize per successful draw provided they meet the above mentioned requirements.

To claim your prize the Member drawn must present themselves to the Promotions Official within 4 minutes of the announcement with a valid Membership Card and Photo ID. The Membership must be Financial at the time of the draw and the Member must qualify as an eligible entrant as detailed above. If the Member meets these requirements they then proceed to choose a numbered Santa Sleigh in the Pick-A-Sleigh Game. Members drawn but not present in the club within the 4 minute window of time to claim, forfeit their win and a new ticket is drawn. This is repeated until all 5 (five) WINNERS are awarded and have picked a Santa Sleigh. All valid entries received from 8am 26/11/2018 and before 6pm 23/12/2018 will be placed into our ticket barrel and our Promotions Official will draw WINNERS at random. To claim your prize the Member drawn must present themselves to the Promotions Official within 4 minutes of the announcement with a valid Membership Card and Photo ID. The Membership must be Financial at the time of the draw and the Member must qualify as an eligible entrant as detailed above. If the Member meets these requirements they then proceed to choose a numbered Santa Sleigh in the Pick-A-Sleigh Game. Members drawn but not present in the club within the 4 minute window of time to claim, forfeit their win and a new ticket is drawn. This is repeated until all PRIZES are awarded. The PRIZES for the Final Monthly Draw will consist of all monies jackpotted from the draws held on 28/10/2018 & 25/11/2018 as well as an additional $5,000. The prizes will be in the value of $250 / $500 / $1000 but cannot be fully calculated until after the draw held 25/11/2018. Each prize amount will correspond to a specific random Piggy Bank in the Pick-A-Sleigh Game and each WINNER drawn from the barrel meeting the eligible entrant criteria will have one pick. The promotions official will continue to draw tickets from the barrel until all PRIZES have been awarded. Prizes will be paid in Australia Post Load & Go Visa Cards. The WINNER picks a numbered Santa Sleigh not yet revealed and the prize money won is displayed on the in-house screens. The Winner can claim their prize immediately. In the event that a member is drawn more than once during this draw they have the right to claim 1 prize per successful draw provided they meet the above mentioned requirements.
There are no limits to the number of times a single member can win.
Total Prize pool value is $18,900.
Prize conditions
No prizes are redeemable for cash. All prizes must be claimed on the night they are awarded.
Winners are required to be present in the club at the time of the draw and will be notified in person. The winners will have their details published on our Website www.democlub.com.au on the Monday directly following the draw date (This is required if an individual prize is valued over $250).
If there are any unclaimed or un-awarded prizes a prize draw will be conducted on Monday 24/12/2018 at the same time and place as the original draw. If a winner is drawn they will be contacted by phone and in writing within two (2) business days and will have their name published on our website www.democlub.com.au on 27/12/2018 (This is required if an individual prize is valued over $250).
Other Terms & Conditions
· No proxy may be used on behalf of any winner for any part of this promotion.
· Members may only complete their own entry form for the major draw.
· Membership card must be produced at time of entry.
· At the end of the promotion all entry tickets will be deemed invalid and will not carry over to any other draw.
· Instructions on “Entry” and the “Draw 1, Draw 2 & Draw 3” form part of the Terms and Conditions of this promotion.
· Each winner will have 4 minutes to claim their prize. If after 4 minutes the winner has not come forward, they will be deemed not present and the prize will be unclaimed resulting in either a Jackpotted Prize or a Redraw depending on the rules for each draw.
· Winning Members will be announced via the PA system throughout the club during each draw and published on our website www.democlub.com.au the following day.
· Promotion entrants and claimants must have their membership card with them when claiming the prize on the day.
· The promoter including its employees and its directors has no liability to any person for injury (including death) loss of damage (including any liability arising out of any negligent act or omission of the promoter) whatsoever, however arising in connection with the competition.
· Entry into the promotion is only available through point of sale purchases from the Barrier Social Democratic Club Limited, Blende Street Butchers & Seafood and Thyme on Argent Café or from monies spent in the Barrier Social Democratic Club Limited gaming lounge.
· Any failure to comply with these terms and conditions will result in immediate disqualification of the selected winner.
· Disqualification will be at the discretion of the Barrier Social Democratic Club Management and no correspondence will be entered into. If a disqualification results, a redraw will take place at 8pm on Monday 24/09/2018.
